So I have made a list of my motivations of why I want to lose weight.
There are some personal ones I won't put right now, however I have 10 and I am going to put 5 right now
1. I want to look attractive
2. I want to be healthy! not worrying about what is going to happen to me if I stay this unhealthy weight
3. I want to feel healthy and Lite lol
4. I feel if I accomplish my goal of losing my total goal weight loss... haven't figured that out yet... I can accomplish many other goals I dream of.
5. Going into the medical field I want to be an example of "health"
This is hard to put in public but maybe when I reach my goal it will just be amazement, instead of shame :)
I will weight myself for the next post.... for an accurate start point.
I will weigh myself once a week to start. Every Tuesday
I will keep a journal of what I eat and my emotions and feelings.
and
I will start to find what works in eating and exersizing...
My main point in this post is to start simple so I dont LOSE MY mind right away because THAT is not what I want to lose ...

and please any hints or tips I will always take in consideration, if it seems to be a healthy and reasonable solution, I will try it and let ya know if it works or not lol....

I am hoping by making this blog, that it can show that the impossible is possible, and that maybe I can encourage and be encouraged by others. I would love to put things that work, things that don't and the PROGRESS I make. I would love this to be a conection, with no commitments of money or time, for those who are trying to lose weight. As well as this can be a blog for understanding the true struggle with weightloss that I have and many of us who struggle with losing weight.
