I always forget things... Especially when it comes to losing weight that it will not be easy, never has never will, but it is possible.
I am not forgetting to exercise, just not doing it :( I did once last week
However, I am eating much better!!!!
for today I ate a lunch that was offered to me but only a cup of pasta total!! and instead of plain cereal I added greek yogurt and berries!!!!
I know music drives me, it helps me get going and moves me... so I am going to start collecting music that only motivates me to either work out or keep my attitude up!!!
Also what truely helps is this blog thinking about what I will put on here lol also praying, giving GOD my worries about everything, even losing weight.

I Really want confidence, with this last 70 lbs I cant get rid of makes me sad, but i will at least get rid of this!!! I CAN KEEP GOING
plus I hear the first 6 weeks is the hardest.... so 1 day down and 5 weeks, 6 days to go lol

I am hoping by making this blog, that it can show that the impossible is possible, and that maybe I can encourage and be encouraged by others. I would love to put things that work, things that don't and the PROGRESS I make. I would love this to be a conection, with no commitments of money or time, for those who are trying to lose weight. As well as this can be a blog for understanding the true struggle with weightloss that I have and many of us who struggle with losing weight.
