I am going by my weight from this morning, which was 232.8 a little over a pound lost! yay!
I started walking with my mom at work about 20 mins 2 times a week... its not much but a start...
and I didnt stuff my face tonight at dinner which was easier to do because I actually ate today.
The sweets I had today was 2 chocolate nuggets!(Thanks to My boss, Sheri, lol) and hot cup of cocoa, it was really cold today! and I feel like I didnt eat to much which was my goal for today!!! I also started back on my other meds so maybe my body will actually want to go with what my mind wants to do lol
-------> So i will still weigh myself on Sunday but with internet access availabilty i may not post that day lol....

Watch How I lose my excess weight
I am hoping by making this blog, that it can show that the impossible is possible, and that maybe I can encourage and be encouraged by others. I would love to put things that work, things that don't and the PROGRESS I make. I would love this to be a conection, with no commitments of money or time, for those who are trying to lose weight.
