As you saw I have 5 reasons why I want to lose the weight that I have been carrying around with me for over half my life.
The Basics of weight loss is eating less calories than you put out! SIMPLE????? LMAO (on paper)
to make it more fun... you have to eat a minimum so your body doesn't go Crazy without you knowing it and end up not losing weight lol... that is a deal breaker!!!
My homework for what I need to get started next week.
- On Sunday after I weigh myself,
- I will figure out my BMI
- My total wight I need to lose to get to my weight goal
- The calories I need to Intake and output
3. What I will do for exersize. (output)
I know that it has been easy for me to start a diet or an exersize regimen... That IS NOT the problem, for me... It is how to keep going!!! lol
I am hoping with this blog, it helps me look forward to losing weight, being excited about it lol.
I am doing this to be healthy, so I also need to start other regimens and healthy choices that will make it easier to lose weight as well as keep me stable and and have a productive weightloss. Hoping with all that, keeping the weight off AND STAYING HEALTHY!
