Watch How I lose my excess weight

I am hoping by making this blog, that it can show that the impossible is possible, and that maybe I can encourage and be encouraged by others. I would love to put things that work, things that don't and the PROGRESS I make. I would love this to be a conection, with no commitments of money or time, for those who are trying to lose weight. As well as this can be a blog for understanding the true struggle with weightloss that I have and many of us who struggle with losing weight. Second Day... Is this working?

So I officially decided to start weighing my self on Sunday, that way I can weigh myself consistantly and at the same time every week. I was wondering if I am going to be shy in my blog about this weight loss, NO! I am going to put the struggles and the ALL the EMOTIONS that tie into this process. This is going to be the hardest thing I will EVER DO! I think Mainly because so much relies on this one thing for my life. I know through CHRIST I can do ALL things.
 As you saw I have 5 reasons why I want to lose the weight that I have been carrying around with me for over half my life.

The Basics of weight loss is eating less calories than you put out! SIMPLE????? LMAO (on paper)
to make it more fun... you have to eat a minimum so your body doesn't go Crazy without you knowing it and end up not losing weight lol... that is a deal breaker!!!

My homework for what I need to get started next week.

  1. On Sunday after I weigh myself,
  •  I will figure out my BMI
  • My total wight I need to lose to get to my weight goal
  • The calories I need to Intake and output
 2. I am going to figure out how I will eat healthier, with in my required calories. (intake)
 
 3. What I will do for exersize. (output)

I know that it has been easy for me to start a diet or an exersize regimen... That IS NOT the problem, for me... It is how to keep going!!! lol
 I am hoping with this blog, it helps me look forward to losing weight, being excited about it lol.


I am doing this to be healthy, so I also need to start other regimens and healthy choices that will make it easier to lose weight as well as keep me stable and and have a productive weightloss. Hoping with all that, keeping the weight off AND STAYING HEALTHY!
