Have I started my weightloss? Yes, a long time ago.

I started to lose weight when I was about 11 years old. I started with weight watchers, then to slim fast, the ones I saw on tv lol, that was a co-winkie-dink lol.
so I have started but I am not at my goal weight. I used to be smaller.
When I got very sick at 14, I lost A LOT of weight, got sick again gained it all back plus some,
I did a weightloss thing at Childrens Hospital when I was 17 and lost over 40 lbs, and it stayed off for years and I lost a few more pounds after that program. When I was unemployed for a little while, I gave myself have nothing to do, as well as some may know also when your down in the dumps from not being able to financially support myself, you really do think about taking care of yourself or feel able to... That is what happened to ME lol < I laugh because its easier
Well I started back at work after 8 months of unemployment and had to walk pushing a buggy around a lake for 20 minutes. After 1 day of doing that I almost cried, I could not believe the PAIN I was in after only a 20 minute brief walk. I was only 21. But I want to work and realizing how out of shape I was, I had a spark to get me going on trying to truely lose weight.
I started walking more, after work, also it helped that I had to take the bus home so I walked about 20 minutes to get to the bus, and it went down to 10 mins, WALKING WORKS on getting started.
When I started this walking I was in pain everyday. Oh my back, my feet, my knees, my calves. I would get DIZZY and thirsty and just could not breath, I hated it!!!!
When I go on long walks it sparks me up to lose weight, I get the thought If I can walk for 2 hours and how good and bad I feel when I am done, I get to tell myself, I love this BUT, I NEVER WANT to feel like this again and I keep going.
after a year of walking I started at the gym 10 a month, great and awesome price :)....
I pushed myself SO hard, I went for 2 hours a day, 5 days a week.
.... I would weigh myself and I wouldn't lose a pound.
I worked out for 4 months straight on this routine, I lost a total of 10 pounds... AND I ATE RIGHT... I think I let other people keep me from keep going, and maybe chop it in half. I didn't understand why I was working so hard why I didnt lose weight. and I got sick a week after I stopped UGH!!!
I miss working out, not because I lost weight but I felt more toned and healthier and happy.... imagine 100 pounds less
Though these experiences of "TRYING" I hope I can reflect to see what works and what doesnt.
So I am packing this weekend and I still plan on starting with the weight and figuring out the hard facts:
I am going to walk 20 minutes a day to start.
I have started with a suggestion from my mom, eat one plate, don't go back for 2nds
and keeping with this blog I believe gives me something to look forward to try.
oNE Thing I look forward to when I lose weight I want to look cute in clothes I really like, not black and dark and baggy. Or something I like and just doesn't look right.
I will be back by Sunday at the latest so I can update the new goals and calorie structure.

Watch How I lose my excess weight
I am hoping by making this blog, that it can show that the impossible is possible, and that maybe I can encourage and be encouraged by others. I would love to put things that work, things that don't and the PROGRESS I make. I would love this to be a conection, with no commitments of money or time, for those who are trying to lose weight. As well as this can be a blog for understanding the true struggle with weightloss that I have and many of us who struggle with losing weight.
