Watch How I lose my excess weight

I am hoping by making this blog, that it can show that the impossible is possible, and that maybe I can encourage and be encouraged by others. I would love to put things that work, things that don't and the PROGRESS I make. I would love this to be a conection, with no commitments of money or time, for those who are trying to lose weight. As well as this can be a blog for understanding the true struggle with weightloss that I have and many of us who struggle with losing weight. Here I go!!!!

my current:
45.7 BMI
weight 234
goal weight 128
A healthy BMI is 18 to 24 which for my height is 97 to 123 lbs.
An overweight bmi is 25 to 29 for my height is 128 to 148 lbs.

OH THIS SEEMS SO IMPOSSIBLE!!!

I am starting out looking at healthy BMI I need to loose 234-123(lol)= 111 lbs
Had I not gained this 9 lbs back I wouldn’t be this far away, this is where some of my anger towards myself comes in.


I am setting my goal at 128, 234-128 is 106 lbs total.
HOLY SMOKES!!
So I have a calorie per week what I need to eat to lose 2 pounds a week which is healthy and quick (kinda lol)... thanks to a site to lose weight
So my exercise now will start with 30 mins a day walking everyday, except 2 days a week. I am going to do this for 4 weeks and then start to 45 mins a day and after 4 weeks do an hour a day. That is 12 weeks planned and unless I crave more exercise I will keep it here?
At night I will drink tea instead of eating unless Im working past 7 30 pm.
Simple start basics.. GOOD?

I am not calculating calorie output yet, I am leaving it at the above keeps me motivated but not overwhelmed.
